Exchanges and Returns

When completing the return process, the customer must inform the reason for the return and the order number through our customer service channels such as: Telephone +55 11 3230 8886, Whatsapp: +55 11 3230 8886 or contato@7sevensoftwares.com during business hours Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The deadline for returns and exchanges is up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Our customers can choose another product of the same value, no fees will be charged, or request returns/refunds which works as follows:

Our company values the quality and satisfaction of its customers. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility earned with its consumers, the company has created a refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is concerned that you (the customer) have an effective, agile and, above all, satisfactory negotiation. We do not charge refund fees. The deadline for withdrawal from the purchase will be 14 days after receipt of the product.

How will return refunds be processed?

For purchases made via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the same account that made the payment immediately.

For purchases made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same account that made the payment and will appear on the statement within 03 business days.
